This includes our gamified level-up reward system, where active participation allows members to unlock advanced materials and exclusive courses.

Scope of this Policy: This strict policy applies to ‘This World is a Simulation’ as well as all current and future educational programs, courses, workshops, digital products, consulting frameworks, or community spaces launched by or affiliated with this entity and its leadership.

Because of the digital, intellectual, and proprietary nature of these resources, WE OPERATE UNDER A STRICT NO REFUND POLICY. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

1. Eligibility & Scope

• No Refunds on Initial Purchases: We do not offer refunds, credits, or money-back guarantees for any reason once you have purchased a membership, course, or entered any of our current or future programs.

• No Refunds on Subscription Renewals: It is your absolute responsibility to manage your subscription. Once a recurring monthly or annual charge is processed, it is locked in for that cycle and cannot be refunded or reversed.

• Content & Level-Up Disclosures: Unlocking advanced content, videos, or perks through the community's level system does not justify, entitle, or qualify any member for a refund.

• Free Trials: Members on a free trial must cancel their subscription before the trial period ends to avoid being charged. Forgetting to cancel or failing to do so in a timely manner does not justify a refund.

2. Cancellations & Access

• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations must be managed directly by you through your account settings under your billing menu within the respective platform.

• No Prorated Refunds: If you cancel your subscription mid-month or mid-cycle, no prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining days of that billing period.

• Retained Access: Upon cancellation of a recurring membership, you will retain full access to the community and your current benefits until the end of your paid cycle, after which your access will be automatically revoked and no further charges will be made. For one-time purchase programs, access remains subject to the specific terms of that program.

3. Member Accountability

By joining 'This World is a Simulation' or any of our future affiliated programs, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that you are an adult responsible for your own financial decisions, for managing your subscription billing dates, and for reviewing these terms before processing any payment.
